Originally from Montana Kelsey moved to Atlanta to work with professional athletes.

Kelsey is a Kinesiologist, who enhances elite performance through manual therapy & movement break down. Using different techniques she creates availability & reinforces stability to optimize power transfer & recovery. Sessions are floor based & individualized by each client's movement patterns & needs.

Her work is unique, shaped by a culmination of education, mentorship, & experience. The body too, is shaped by different systems, nervous, muscular, etc. it is the collaboration across systems that create function & fluidity. Whether she is working on a client or amongst sport & skill coaches, Kelsey believes collaboration leads to success.

Kelsey has recovered & returned to sport from both ACL rehab & traumatic brain injury. It has been the her Bodywork mentors who have made the difference in her recoveries, emotional navigation, & deeper connection to self.
